Return Policy

At Inistyles, we are committed to providing customers with high-quality and reasonably priced products. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

We will strictly inspect your products before shipment, so our product quality is guaranteed. And one important thing is that you need to pay attention to the size (a size measurement will be shown below each item). Please compare your size with the measurement carefully and choose the most suitable size.

However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. Please feel free to contact us.

Return And Exchange Process

1 – Within 30 days of receipt, please contact [email protected] to explain the details of the return.

2 – If necessary, we will ask you to take photos or videos. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.

3 – If it meets our requirements, we will inform you the return address and arrange an exchange or refund.

Important Notice:

  1. The return or exchange is caused by our shop, such as sending the wrong item, quality problems, etc. We will pay for the product and shipping fee.
  2. The return or exchange is caused by the customer, such as you don’t want it, the color doesn’t like it, etc. We will only refund the cost of the product, and the customer needs to pay the shipping fee incurred by the return and exchange.
  3. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. Please contact us to obtain the return address by E-mail, otherwise it affect the processing of your return.
  4. If you need to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. We can’t accept exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your returned item(s). On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once we received and inspected the returns, we’ll issue the refund back to the account you used to purchase the item(s).

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
