1 – Account Management

I forgot my password – If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot Password?” link on “my account” page and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.

I cannot login to my account – Check your login details carefully. Make sure the email address is the same one you used for registration, and the password you entered is correct. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies. It might be a problem caused by system maintenance; please wait 15 minutes and try again. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact our Customer Service.

4 – Order Proccessing

When your order is successfully placed, we will begin to enter the delivery stage. If there is no stock, we will contact you in time for replacement or refund. The processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction.Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

Cancel/make changes to the order just placed

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 8 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.

6 – Return & Exchanges

7 – Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your returned item(s). On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once we received and inspected the returns, we’ll issue the refund back to the account you used to purchase the item(s).

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
